CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me 48 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a fee which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a late fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service. Changes to your scheduled service less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment (ex. You are scheduled for a cut and color and choose to only do the cut) will result in a fee equal to 50% of the cancelled service.
